Do I need to register?

No, you can order and check out as a guest.

Can I login with my Gotechtor ID?

Yes, you can use your Gotechtor ID to login.

What type of payment do you accept?

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Why am I being charged sales taxes?

We collect sales tax on product purchases (and in some locations, delivery charges) in locations states where we have a legal obligation to do so. Those taxes are calculated based on the state and local taxes applicable in the location where the order is being shipped. All taxes will be displayed before the completion of your purchase.

How do you ship your orders?

Shipping available to USA and Canada.
All packages must be shipped to a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to ship as some of our items are made to order.
Standard shipping hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5pm EST.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL, and FedEX. All shipping charges will be displayed before the completion of your purchase.

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of an order by visiting our order status page. You will also receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact store.support@gotechtor.com within 24–48hrs of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a return.

Can I return or exchange an item I’ve purchased?

All items purchased on Gotechtor are on-demand products which means until you place an order, they don’t exist. If you received a wrong or defective item, we’ll ship out a new item at no shipping cost to you. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
If you change your mind and want to return an item, we will still refund your purchase if returned within 30 days, but the return shipping isn’t covered and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
All items must be returned in the same condition that you received it (no sign of use, wear, and tear, or cosmetic or other damage). It must also be in the original packaging.
If you want to exchange an item for something else, please email us within 30 days of purchase.
